Stacy graduated from USC with a degree in Music Education and an emphasis in vocal and trumpet performance. She was a member of both the famed Trojan Marching Band and the SoCal VoCals, and has gone on to sing at the Hollywood Bowl, performing alongside Lea Michele, Kristin Chenoweth, Melora Hardin, Marni Nixon, John Lithgow, Jeremy Irons, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Reba McIntyre, and Melissa Errico. She has sung backup for both Roger Daltry and Kristin Chenoweth, and has played trumpet for the likes of Gabriel Mann, James Snyder, Adam Marcello, Spookey Ruben, and Molly Bryant in live concerts, records, and movie and video game soundtracks. As an actress, she has appeared in both film and television, and credits her parents for supporting her love of the performing arts.
Didn't start singing until college, and was a founding member of USC's the SoCal VoCals.Originally entered USC on a classical trumpet scholarship.Has won numerous awards for her vocal arrangements.Her father is the president of Loyola Marymount University.Loves hiking and the outdoors, and used to work as a teacher in outdoor education for 5th and 6th grade students.Works at Arrowbear Music Camp every summer as a band director, counselor, coach, and assistant camp director.Her mother is the Associate Director for the Long Beach Public Libraries.Her Great Grandfather David Burcham was principal of Long Beach Poly High School for 43 years, and has an elementary school in Long Beach named after him.Her Great Grandfather Ernest Volwiler was the scientist who discovered sodium pentathol, and was president of Abbott Laboratories.
